WORLDOX 2002 software is $395 per concurrent user plus $70 annual maintenance per user.

WORLDOX is priced by concurrent user, not by seat. WORLDOX, when installed on a network server, incorporates internal metering to ensure that the total number ofactive users at any time does not exceed the number of network licenses you have purchased. An "active user" is any workstation which has any portion of WORLDOX loaded into temporary memory (RAM). There is no server charge.

WORLDOX/Web is an add-on to WORLDOX that allows for remote access to documents from any internet browser. In order to implement WORLDOX/Web, the site must first have WORLDOX installed.

WORLDOX/Web pricing is determined by the number of WORLDOX licenses the site has purchased.
