Photocopier Features

The usual lifespan of a regular photocopier is more or less 5 years. Having this in mind, you should think about future copying needs should your company expand its operations. You should think of several ‘advances’ features that might be of use for your business in the future, such as document feeders and sorters and colour-printing capacity. However, you should try to be objective and not get too excited. Be sure to only p0ay for features that you will eventually need so as not to waste money.
Photocopier advertisements refer to these features in the following abbreviations. Check them out and decide what you need most.

Or Reduction and Enlargement, which allows you to resize the copies you feed into the machine. The more high-quality copiers have a zoom lens that enables it to reduce or increase the size of your print-outs in as small as 1% increment.

Document Feeders is an ideal feature for the multi-tasker because it automatically ‘feeds’ the documents to be copied in the photocopier. Though it can only feed one original document at a time, it needs less supervision and can basically finish the job in itself.
